The project is conceived as a comprehensive transformation that integrates landscape, water management, and urban design. Its composition is based on an efficient terracing system with L-shaped concrete retaining walls. Hydraulic infrastructure transforms the hillside into terraced ground filled with tezontle to retain runoff and recharge the aquifer, complemented by a detention basin for the seasonal creek. Activities were integrated into new cross streets with play areas, calisthenics, and parkour, while sanitary structures were reused for new purposes that maximize daylight and natural ventilation.
