Taller Capital / Architect: Loreta Castro Reguera Mancera
It functions as soft water infrastructure using two reservoirs and two infiltration ponds to capture and make use of up to 3,500 m³ of rainwater per storm event. Built with earth and stone from the site, the system regulates stormwater runoff, allows gradual infiltration, and supports irrigation for up to four hectares of agricultural land, helping mitigate flooding while creating a community gathering space that reorganizes the landscape and social life of the town around water.
