On a site of just 360 m², this project accommodates six residences ranging from 195 to 220 m². The program is organized around three strategic voids that bring in light and air without compromising residents’ privacy, while a central garden becomes the heart of the units without street frontage. Arranged over three levels and topped by a roof garden, the volume becomes lighter toward the top through white lattice screens that provide privacy without feeling heavy. A white palette and adjustable wood elements define the spaces, allowing each resident to control the light in their home.
