This pavilion seeks to establish a dialogue between the Xicoténcatl project in Tijuana and Amadora in Lisbon through the use of recycled tires as a construction material. The exhibition presents scenarios that address the challenges of the fragmented city, exploring how community-based design can reshape power relationships among different actors in the urban ecosystem.
