This multifamily residential building contains eight apartments, each with three bedrooms, usable terraces, and two parking spaces. Its main objective is to manage the “permeability” between the public space of the street and the privacy of the home; this relationship is articulated through two volumes connected by a central circulation core. The project also incorporates sustainability through a water-focused approach, including a rainwater harvesting system and sustainable building technologies.
